Port Townsend Marine Science Center (PTMSC) is an educational and scientific organization dedicated to promoting marine and coastal education and conservation. It is located at Fort Worden and offers many exciting opportunities for adults and students to learn about the marine and coastal environment of Puget Sound. The proceeds from Positively Speaking bracelets go to help low income students participate in the programs offered at the PTMSC.
