Transformational Meditation Practice
Discover greater peace of mind and equanimity through the ancient practice of meditation. Three formal methods will be explored as well as an introduction to informal practice, or mindfulness. A regular meditation practice results in a clearer mind, calmer state of being, the ability to handle minor and major irritations, greater productivity, reduced stress, restorative sleep, improved decision making, calm abiding, inspiration, awakened consciousness, greater perspective – it’s even anti-aging! 
Class includes meditation and instruction. If you'd like, please bring a meditation cushion or yoga mat. Chairs are available.

Summon the voice of your heart gently, in a simple, step by step process, forming a stunning mandala design.

The mandala (meaning circle in Sanskrit) is a sacred process to Buddhists and Hindus alike, a meditation aid to focus attention. 
Through this process, we access our inner wisdom and the powerful energy of the full moon overhead will amplify our intentions.

Tarot Introduction
Get to know yourself a little better through discovery of the Tarot. You will learn the archetypal qualities and symbolic messages of the 22 cards of the Major Arcana, that anyone can put to use in their life. The Major Arcana of the Tarot tell the story of the Fool's Journey; the journey of individuation that we all take through life as we evolve physically, emotionally and spiritually.
If you have cards, bring them along (not required).
