Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique designed to align your body, mind and spirit with the natural healing energy of the Universe. This energy can be used on yourself, your family and even your pets to rejuvenate, restore balance and promote harmonic healing.
Who should take this course?
Holistic Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Counsellors; those who work with their hands, those who work with people, sensitive people who would like to channel energy constructively, those interested in looking after themselves and others, and ... you!
Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 explores the use of Reiki for self healing. Once attuned to channel Reiki energy you will meet your healing guides and learn simple techniques for self treatment as well as Reiki for plants and pets. You will also be introduced to the human energy system through the chakras, developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your energetic connection to the world.

Reiki Level 1

Begin your Reiki journey with Reiki Level 1. In this class you will learn about the history of Reiki, chakras, working with crystals and universal energy. Reiki is learning how to use universal energy to assist you with healing emotionally and physically. You will learn first how to do Reiki on yourself and then will learn how to perform Reiki on other. Reiki can be used on anything, from humans to animals to plants and food. After taking this class you will feel your energy shift and be open to new and exciting experiences.
